Looks like everything was done by NBC, without case being put in que for local field office at all. Also eliminated the need to process I-765/I-131.
You did a great job in preparing submission…what joint life evidence did you include?

My I-765 was approved a week earlier.

I only put photos of us and family from the past 3 years and 1 affidavit letter from my in law.

Fantastic, congratulations!

Any chance you could share your case number with for I-485, excluding the last 5 digits? This would give an idea of what USCIS is processing now without comproming your privacy.

There is absolutely fantastic case number status analysis and tracking going on at this site.  https://www.casestatusext.com/forms/I-485/IOE-LB

Like Winning the Lottery, Probably USCIS way of keeping approval times down. I dont think this will become the norm.

I sure hope that they are not going to to pull the same stunts as they have been doing in 2023 and forget about people who filed ages ago. This is just so wrong and I wonder if it will encourage people to just enter on a tourist visa with the intent to adjust status.

USCIS is just making a fool out of local Embassies and CBP who do their best to prevent/screen for potential abuse of a tourist visas by granting green cards in lightning speed..

I agree. I Know first hand how the AOS is abused and I dont agree with it. While we on VJ have our guides to get things done with immigration the underground has their own guide. Need to change the rules to stop rewarding lawlessness. But thats not the american way. We need to Pity our lawbreakers and make excuses for them.
