DR US embassy

Please note that if your documents are not in English or Spanish, you must bring a certified English translation of those documents to your interview

so,  what language are the documents in?

flight itineraries do not prove a trip was made/  boarding passes do

sending proof of western union monies is not a good idea  / may appear 1 is dependent on the other for money

The documents are in Spanish. I am on the first step of the I-130 request. Do you think USCIS will receive it like that?

We have like 100 boarding passes of all the visits he made. (Thanks for clarifying this part for me)

USCIS will not accept anything in Spanish without a certified translation.  Boarding passes will be in English.  Just translate the rental agreement.  The rest you mentioned is not "evidence" or "proof" of anything.  With boarding passes, you do not need useless itineraries.

Later, at NVC stage, documents in Spanish are accepted.

Not sure why you think they are at NVC stage.  He asked about USCIS.  Relationship evidence is definitely advised when filing the petition.  It is mentioned in the instructions.  "Meeting requirements" apply for proxy marriages and K1 visas only.  If not a proxy marriage, the marriage certificate is all the evidence they need of legal and lawful marriage.  The other evidence is about the relationship.  Instructions list categories of evidence to add, and say the petitioner "should submit one or more....".

They are not answering the NOIR/  attorney told them to answer the CO issues with a new application

the 1st I 130 had legal Egyptian marriage certificate but CO determined at interview that the marriage was not bona fide as the decision to marry was made before they met in person and then they married on meeting 1st time . that's the only time they have been together

they need more time together to prove real relaltionship to Cairo embassy

OP  tells me on whatsapp what the CO said about their decision to marry before meeting and the time spent together

That's what i go by / that and his post showing the CO issues

And I'm agreeing totally with how important time together.  My disagreement was with a single sentence you wrote that was FALSE.  Nothing more.  Nothing less.

My response was that to file a New I 130 ,  the petitioner has to answer to the NOIR/NOID  he posted and the CO statements to him that they spent so little time together to prove a real relationship.  As they do not intent to respond to US office  for the denial but attorney said to file new I 130. sorry i left some info out but was writing fast while waiting for my PT appointment

Updates about document translation: I was able to find a decent place to translate my docs. The quality is very good and the price is competitive in comparison with the ones in Dominican Republic and the other portals:

Are you mixing this thread up with another - where's the Egypt or second application come from?

Good night everyone,

I hope this message finds you well.

I have scanned my 2x2 photo and uploaded a front and back copies to the USCIS portal. Just curious to see if this is the correct way to do it? Or should I just upload a digital image?

This is how my scanned photo looks when I download the PDF:
