Seven threads on submitting I-130 merged together. To avoid cluttering of the forums, we do not allow members to start a new thread for each question regarding a broader topic, in this case filling out and submitting I-130 online. Please keep any further questions regarding this topic in this thread only.

Also — if you need additional documents translated you don’t need to pay. Your English looks to be sufficient to self-translate for USCIS and presumably your husband is fluent in English and Spanish since he originally is from Peru and is now a USC.

 

You guys can self-translate and certify your fluency in both languages on your own.

Thank you for the suggestion; I have already utilized an online platform. I would have preferred to have more time to handle things myself, but my workload is quite demanding.
