Why close this thread? It is very important to me. Those of us who have had our cases returned need all the help and support we can get. There has been a new yahoo group started but I am thinking also of those who will be getting their cases returned after ours who will be needing answers.

I for one do not want to have the 221 g issue closed!

I agree with Barbara, this thread serves a purpose for those of us who seek answers of how to correct

what went wrong in Casa. Let me add not only CASA, any of the embassies that have judged our cases to

be fraud. All the cases are different, and the only thing we have in common is that they have been sent

back to bcis. Learning how to procede from this point is very beneficial. Only ppls who have been there

done that can help. I believe that is why this thread was started and in that spirit I hope it continues.

Love and Peace

hey cool peeps..

where is the support thread for the list of all those on 221g desert rose listings. I am asking we have another desert rose canidate.. she is very upset I wanted to point her to that thread. - thanks !!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Oh no not another one. Please share that we support them and will keep them in our prayer. Also tell her to not waste one second and I have wrote up some advice I hope helps her:

1) Contact her Senators and Congressman and have them immediately working for her (have the e-mails for them to read by Monday morning at the latest).

1a) If she hasn't contacted the Senators and Congressman before she will have to sign and fax to them a release form, she can contact me and I will send her a blank form she can change their names if she can't get one from them fast enough. Just make sure she calls the office and faxes it to the right fax, since they have one person that works on immigration cases like this in each office.

1b) websites to help her find her Congressman and Senators:

http://www.house.gov/writerep/

http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_info...enators_cfm.cfm

2) Talk to Mary K she had this happen and she was successful at getting her husbands visa. (Tell her there is hope and to do what Mary K did).

3) E-mail and also call the Consulate and tell them she and her husband/fiancee will do anything to prove their relationship is honest and deserving the visa now and not to be sent back to the states. Make sure she doesn't attack them at the Consulate, crying and begging is okay but warn her to be careful do not piss them off make them want to help her. Sorry she will have to play the political game with them and that is another reason she has to be so careful to get them to give them the visa like she wants.

4) Have her to look at her case honestly and try to review the interview and what red flags she has and come up with things to have her husband/fiancee to take immediately to the Consulate to help get this reversed or at least offer the Consulate to give it and request a chance to get this fixed.

5) I have heard others say they have had help from a guy name Mr. Mckeever (sorry please confirm this name I know I got it wrong). You might find his name on the website for the Casablanca Consulate or can ask around to confirm the name. But ask Mary K how she got him to help to make sure you are handling this guy well to get him to want to help. Sounds like if you push him poorly you can piss him off, because the Consulate must recent not having enough money and help to handle all these cases. She can even ask someone with these deplimatic skills to read her e-mail and check it before she sends it or something like that to make sure she is safe. This is a hard talent and when we are so upset and I am sure she is, is when most of us lose our mind and need help from others the most.

6) Most importantly tell her not to give up and to move fast, lightning speed. You should probably think you have less than a week so get all your ducks in a row and do everything you can to prove to them your case is legitimate and that you deserve the visa and to not send it back.

7) Hope I didn't forget any sound advice I have read from others in her boat that has helped them, but Mary K will be the one I'd run to at this time.

I greatly appreciate your help and forwarding this advice to her, I am trying to learn from these cases to stop cases like these or to help them if they come. So if anyone else has some sound advice please post. I ask from those that post that they are honest and do not side track this topic, that they only offer real help and no attacks this is how VisaJourney.com can be a wonderful sharing of information to help people when they need it the most so they are successful and not crying months from now. Instead I pray this can be reversed and in a few months they are enjoying being together in the states.(F)

God Bless this couple and all of you.

Um but I really can see why she had big suspicions... Face it, the muslim world is anti-semetic, it's pretty rare if a muslim marries a jew... and the fact that she was born in Israel makes it worse.. but she should still keep her mind open that it is possible.. Maybe she's all bitter because all moroccan men want to leave their women behind?

bringing this out the depths of hell. rember this ICY?????????????????????????
