Can an Approved I-130 beneficiary outside the USA come with a non-immigrant visa

First I am disappointed by the moderator who closed my topic which had a terrible response from <deleted by Moderator>.  Please re-open 

 

I still want a well thought out answer. How was my question Fraud?

Explanation:

Entering the US via a NON-immigrant route (other than a K-1) with the intent to stay and adjust status is visa fraud.  A person must enter with the intent of  the classification of the issued visa.   Having an approved I-130 makes no difference.  Discussing it borders on violation of the Terms of Service here on Visa Journey.  Members cannot:

Condone or instruct, either directly or indirectly, others on how to commit fraudulent or illegal immigration activities in any way, shape, manner or method.

 

Do not restart this conversation in any way.  Ignoring this in-thread warning could result in severe administrative action against OP's account
