Hi, guys.

My mom has an interview next month (IR5 visa). I read that she must take all original documents to her interview. All the documents that she submitted. I have submitted certificate of citizenship, so she has to take my certified copy of certificate of citizenship with her to interview as well?

Thank you

Filed: IR-5 Country: Indonesia
Timeline

My mother-in-law did her IR-5 interview last year in Indonesia.

She brought a photocopy of my wife's Indonesian birth certificate, a photocopy of my wife's U.S. naturalization certificate, and a photocopy of the picture page of my wife's U.S. passport.  She did not have the originals since they were with us here in the United States.  She had no issues with needing those originals.

Regards,

Vicky's Mom
