No, Table B shows when an applicant can be invited to submit documents to NVC although the visa number is not available yet (that is determined by Table A). USCIS approval can happen years before that

agree. though I see no explanation on why a 2015 PD F4 I-130 and others like it were approved and now at NVC stage.\

My 2013 PD I-130 hasn't had any movement.

But I hear others say its because 2013 needs to show current on table B - true or false?
