Hello all!

I have a question regarding my birth certificate.

My birth certificate has only ever listed my mother's name from birth as my father did not have anything to do with me (or now) as a child, my mother brought me up as a single mother. Will this be an issue at all? I know who he is, but have no contact and he has not been a father to me. Will this cause an issue? I was wondering if anyone else has been in a similar situation?
