After 40 months of waiting, my wife filed for citizenship.  Less than 6 months later, she took the oath and became a citizen.  Our I-751 was approved in the combo interview.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Has it been five years since you received your green card? If so if you have 4 years and 9 months just apply for your citizenship. 751 aren’t priority

OP's timeline shows Green Card since 2/28/2019.
