Registering immigrant visa appointment - do I use old or new passport number?

Hello, I have an upcoming interview in Montreal. I have received an email prompting me to register this at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/ but am stuck on determining which passport number to input. Do I use the one I entered on the DS-260 (now old), or the new passport number I received when I recently got my passport renewed? I emailed Canada Visas GDIT support but they were unhelpful.

 

Also, should I be trying to update my DS-260 with the new passport number/scan? Anyone know the best contact for getting the form reopened? Or should I not worry about this and just bring it up at the interview?
