I keep hearing about Tax Refunds, Is anyone actually getting a Refund?

I got refunds some time ago. The end game result should be not to owe or be due a refund.

 

However I overpayed a bit so did get a refund

I wouldn't mind paying more taxes, I just wish they were used more efficiently. 

Help yourself. I pay plenty as it is.
