Did you fill out the I130 with her new married name?  If not, it might be best to wait for naturalization.

Before changing names, did you research how easy it is to change her name in the country of origin and get a new passport?

 

There's nothing more annoying than mismatching names on different documents.

 

The best opportunity to change name is either at the time of marriage or at N-400 stage. It can also be done when filing I-130 or if adjusting status, I-485 form.

 

You can probably change name now, but it may involve filing forms, paying fees etc to get GC in correct name.
