Hello everyone and thank you in advance for sharing your experience,

My mom's case is at NVC stage.

Today I received an email from NVC notifying us our case is now Documentarily Qualified.

However when I logged on my CEAC I saw Civil Documents now says "Incomplete", Police certificate -Missing.

I had uploaded that document already and it says "accepted".

So they are saying document is missing and they had already accepted that in the past, i see it in my documents tab as accepted.

I am not sure what is going on, has anyone experienced the same? :(

Thanks everyone
