Damning report on Bidens Mental Competency

According to the report, investigators found Joe Biden’s “memory was significantly limited” in interviews they conducted with him in 2023 as well as interviews with his ghostwriter.  

Because of that, special counsel Robert Hur wrote in the report, investigators concluded that it “would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him – by then a former president well into his eighties – of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”  

“Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” they wrote, adding that Biden “is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt.”

Watching the coverage on CNN, how can he stand after such a finding?

I don't think Biden is well-meaning at all.  He hates half the population, and he has no regrets about purposely opening the border, purposely causing run-away inflation, and purposely waging a war on oil....all which hurt Americans.

This is a devastating report for Biden and his allies who think he should be re-elected.  In one online story is the following:

Special counsel calls out Biden's 'faulty memory'; his attorneys slam that as false, 'inflammatory' - ABC News (go.com)

"But special counsel Robert Hur's assessment of Biden's mental acuity and power of recall -- described as sparse, apparently "hazy" and, in one interaction, so bad that the president could not recall "even within several years" when his oldest son had died -- informed the decision not to recommend charges."

 

""He [Biden] did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended ('if it was 2013 - when did I stop being Vice President?'), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began ('in 2009, am I still Vice President?')," Hur wrote."

 

"Hur also wrote that Biden had "diminished faculties and faulty memory" both when talking to his ghostwriter and in his interviews with the special counsel's team "

Kind of stating the obvious.  I wonder if Old Corrupt Petulant Joe saw or talked to any dead people during the interview.  I suspect though that this does not alarm the DNC as there are most likely plans to replace him at the convention.

From all the analytics I've seen, the dems are not going to stop Trump with Joe.  Right now, Trump is headed toward a possible landslide. All this time, the dems thought they could drag Trump down and/or out with coordinated court battles.....but that isn't going as planned. Now, they are going to have to resort to another route.  Will be a very interesting year.
