Do you think they will accept our copy?

The Lawyer must keep a complete copy by law . This includes the approval notice ..as he received his own notice per G-28.

 

Telk the lawyer to email both you AND consulate a complete copy as filed w USCIS and accept NO EXCUSE …since by Law , Attorney should have given you a copy as well
