Hello, I am filling AOS from F1 to green card. I am filing out the I-130, I-130a, I-131, I-485, I-765, and I-864. I've been trying to use the fee calculator and I can't figure out how much to pay. I am filling out the G-1450 to pay with credit card, if I am filling concurrent 1- how much do i need to pay and 2- do i only fill out one G-1450 form or one per fee?

There is no fee for the I-131 or I-765 if filed with or after a proper I-485 package.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Side note: please use personal check if you can. If credit card payment declines, then case will be rejected, with everything coming back to you. It's not uncommon for credit card to decline USCIS charge as fradulent. You can search forum and find reports of that.

Another question- do you know if not including the medical exam in the first package in which im sending all of those forms will delay my process?

Yes, it will delay the case as it would trigger an RFE.  I would send it with the initial package as there are cases where USCIS didn't get RFE responses.
