I am a US Citizen. I filed an I-130 for my brother about 2 years ago. At the time of filing he was single. However, he just got married last month.

Do I need to notify USCIS of this developement? Perhaps file some kind of addendum notifying them that he is married now. Or do I simply wait for his petition to start processing and then provide proof of marriage etc ?

Any assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

His category stays the same. Nothing to do until visa number becomes available  in 20+ years. At that point he can add any derivatives at the NVC stage.

He could marry, divorce remarry have children, children age out, none of this matters until the PD is current.
