Wrong parent birth date on my own birth certificate, and wrong place of birth in forms

Hi all,

I received an RFE for birth certificate in full form (italian regular one doesn't display parents), i was able to obtain one but i noticed my dad's birth year is the same as my year, so they obviously made a big mistake on it. I'm not sure if I can get my mom to go back to get another fixed one as they have bad opening hours, and they do not help through e-mail. Would it be an issue if i translated the birth certificate myself and explained in another paper that they made a mistake with the birth year of my dad in there?

I also wrote the wrong location for my dads birth place in all the forms that required it that I sent (so like i130 i485 and what ever ones have it). Do i include that in the same paper as above mentioning both issues, will it be a problem? Anyone with similar experience? Thank you
