Hello all,

I would like to share information so that those who filed at around the same time can have idea what is going on.

7/28/2007 : sent I-751 to NSC

8/20/2007: Received NOA1 from CSC.

8/30/2007: Received appoinment letter for biometric for 9/8/2007 Chicago.

Timeline:

04/05/04 : K1 NSC

08/03/04 : Case approved

10/26/04 : Visa approved

12/09/04 : Fiancee arrives in the US.

12/28/04 : Married in Chicago.

2/25/05 : file AOS and EAD to

3/25/05 : NOAs for both

4/2/05 : fingers print

4/23/05 : received EAD card

7/6/05: NOA for interview in October 2005.

Received my biometrics appointment letter today 8/30/07

Appointment set for 9/14/07 woohooooo.......

Everything is sailing smoothly so far.

Feb 25, 2009 Application for N400 Sent via USPS

Feb 27, 2009 Priority Date

March 5, 2009 Notice of Receipt

March 12, 2009 Notice date of Biometrics letter

March 17, 2009 Biometrics Done

March 26, 2009 Actual Biometrics Appt Date

May 15, 2009 Successful Interview

June 4, 2009 Naturalized.

03/30/2009 NVC DS-3032 packets received by petitioner
03/31/2009 Paid $70 AOS (affadavit of support) fee on-line (one fee for both petitions)
04/10/2009 Marina's parent's e-mailed DS-3032 to NVC for both petitions
04/15/2009 AOS documents for both petitions mailed USPS Priority to NVC
04/21/2009 Rec'd e-mails from NVC for approval for Marina to be designated agent for both
04/25/2009 Paid $400 IV (immigrant visa) fee on-line for each petition ($800 total for both parents)
06/04/2009 DS-230 & supporting documents for both petitions mailed USPS Priority to NVC
06/22/2009 Both cases completed at NVC (per automated phone line message on 06/30/09)
07/10/2009 Interview notification e-mail received; both interviews scheduled for 08/11/09
08/11/2009 Interview(s) completed for both parents in Bucharest; visas in hand!
12/21/2009 Nicolai & Galina arrived in the United States as scheduled! (Chicago O'Hare)

Anyone from this group or elsewhere with receipt dates on or around 7/28/07 received a biometrics notice yet?

Ours arrived yesterday

GREAT! Maybe the rest of us will get our notice today or tomorrow. :whistle:

Aug 22nd check cashed

Aug 23rd I797C received - case been transferred to California

Aug 29th Biometrics Appt Letter arrived

Sept 12th Biometrics Appt Pittsburgh

Sept 24th email notice of Approval - card ordered !!!!!!
