Hello there,

I was wondering if there are special requirements when entering US on a spouse visa( immigrant visa) about the flight tkt. Do you need to have a OW-tkt or could be a return tkt as they are much cheaper than the OW?

Kind regards,

Andrea

The K-Visa have the intent of immigration, SO NO RETURN TICKET REQUIRED.

Which ever is cheaper, if the round trip is less them buy that, you don't need to use the return trip, you do need to use the first legs, or the whole ticket will be cancled.

YuandDan,

Thank you for your reply, the question was in the purpose of avoiding any questions about the return tkt as much cheaper than the OW.

Good luck to you,

Andrea

DHS don't care what kind of ticket you have, as long as you have a valid visa...I don't even remember one instance when they have asked for a return ticket...so you should be fine either way...
