K1 DS 160 ?'s

1. Is uploading a photo to ds 160 required?

 

Agency filled out and did not upload photo. Interview scheduled in Feb.

 

2. Agency put on the 160 that I was travelling with fiance to us along with our duel citizen child.

 

We now realise that this should have been "traveling alone" because our child and I are us passport holders. Interview has already been scheduled. Do we or can we update the 160 correctly without affecting the interview? Is this even a big deal?
