Does this means i have an interview Appointment Confirmed? Need some Guidance

Guys, just to confirm, This means my wife got the interview appointment with the embassy right? MY letter appointment letter looks different from other people so i am just curious.
Can she take the medicals immediately (like as soon a tomorrow ) or is there a waiting period?
and she needs to sign up on the link to set up an account for her visa to be sent to her home correct?
Sorry i just want to make sure everything is correct. Thanks ya'll

Print out the attached appointment letter, like the instructions say.  Read the email carefully.

Got a similar letter while in HCMC. Recommend scheduling the medical appointments immeadiately.
