Hello, I am a US Citizen and have filed I-130 for both of my parents, which were approved a few months back now I am assisting my parents to fill out their DS-260. There are a few confusing questions. Please assist me in answering these questions

1-is your spouse immigrating with you?

2- "Is your spouse immigrating to the U.S. at a later date to join you?

3-Is your child immigrating to the US at a later date to join you?

Now the reality is that I would like my parents to be interviewed on the same day and travel to the US together if the visa is granted so how should i answer these questions? Lastly, the fact is that my parents once arrive in the US then they will file for my siblings and their four children. They all are above 21 years of age. Please let me know how should we answer these questions.

1. No.
2. No

3. No

Some IR visas allow for “derivatives” eg spouse, minor children, to be included on the application. IR 5 does not.
Each of your parents application are stand alone. Now that they are both at the NVC, you can call as the petitioner of both, and request that they be “linked”. Hopefully this will have  them  processing  and sent to  the Consulate together. If this doesn’t happen, then the next opportunity is when the first one gets to the consulate… email and request that the first one be held until the second one arrives and that  interview happen together
