Do I need a joint Sponsor?

Hi,

So my wife is currently making an income well over the required income amount to be able to sponsor me on her own. However, we have indicated to USCIS that she is pregnant and will be taking time off, leading to financial loss. So should we pursue a joint sponsor or just give her tax records for what she has been making so far? Thanks.

Both thongs are required, tax records and proof of income which for a regular employee would be pay slips/ letter from employer.

By both things you mean my wife's evidence and also a joint sponsor?

Well you always have to show taxes as the main sponsor one way or the other

Then income is either yours or the joint sponsors
