I always think of that as being AP enhanced.

Any reason why?

No given time .

Does happen but seemingly very rare.

I do not remember any and it would of course vary as to why it was given.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

My Spouse had an interview at the london Consulate last month, and got a DS5355.

this means that the application is not Stuck in AP.

Any one else who has gone though AP in london ? how long does it take?

What happen during the interview?? Was all the documents in place?? Was there anything that you think that might have happened?? I can imagine the frustration during this time.

Interview was ok . Nothing major .

was asked for some missing documents and then mailed Ds 5355 after the interview

I have found another user who was put in AP in 2023 in London  and it took them 9 months to clear it

Also there is a review of the consulate from another couple who filed for K1 and their visa took 9 months also (but that case I am not sure 5355 was requested from them )

TCN that would make sense

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
