Still no luck in EAD under documents.

This is what I was asking about. Both of your cases show biometrics complete. Our 485 case still shows biometrics incomplete. When I watched the lady doing the scans, she tried to scan the bar code and it didn’t work. So I watched her enter the receipt number manually. The letter had the receipt numbers for both the 485 and the 765. And she only entered one. I am worried only the EAD case will get credit for the biometrics.

Am I being unnecessarily concerned?

I did! I also explain it in the cover letter that since i already did the medical for the k1 i don't need to do it another time.

I still can't see it uploaded online, for sure they take their time!

Today I was finally able to see what the RFIE was about. It was about my joint sponsor W2s, my MIL fills for taxes jointly with my FIL so I had to provide a proof of just her salary.

I was able to upload everything online with no problems.

I saw the change of status online on the 14th, I had to wait until today to see it uploaded in my document tab online and it was also dated today.

We’ve had no updates since our biometrics until today.

The 765 section has the dreaded ‘your case is taking longer than expected’.

No updates at all on the other 2.

How fun. Yay.

Our case for AOS got approved!!!
Found out on USCIS’ website.

Oddly, the approval notice under documents tab mentions that a biometric may be needed and if so, they will send a separate letter. But I doubt that since our biometric was already done for GC and EAD a month ago.

wishing a fast processing for everyone.
