Well, well, well. 25 days after delivery to the dock, they cashed our check today. No text yet, but a positive step nonetheless.

My AOS package was delevered to chicago mailbox on 02/07. Still no txt message or credit card charge.  My 90 days after k1 entry completes on 02/07.

USCIS didn’t cash or check until 25 days after delivery. I know it hard, but it will happen.

Today was a mixture of good and bad.

The good:

Received our letter for online case tracking and set that up.
Received our biometrics appt letter.

The bad:

Biometrics was scheduled for today, 5 hours before we got the letter. Called and rescheduled.
We haven’t received it, but the case shows an RFE coming. Statement of support. Please see my post in the general AOS section, maybe you have input.

Received (and already responded) to the same RFE you received.

Sent over exact same documents, just with added clarifications and specific notes for officer to look at specific numbers in the documents I provided which may not be standard procedure.

RFE 2/14 - Responded 2/26

Mail - my response was extensive at over 300 pages, so it was easier for us to print and send instead of scanning everything with the annotations and sticky notes.

Would've preferred to upload of course, only if there was less paperwork.
