NOA1: February 2nd

Biometrics: February 27st - same day changed to Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS

No updates so far.

GC + Work Permit (Orlando)

Is there any sheet where we can check how many cases left for USCIS to process? I remember having one for the K1 Visa but Idk about AOS.

Thanks!

I don't think it's the same for I-485 cases, i don't think there is any pattern related to the number of cases. Its because many type of visas fall under the family based i-485, it's also FO dependent. I don't think there's a way to know if a I-485 comes from a k1 visa or a overstay of a b1/b2 or immediate relative.

Question for those who received their combo card. How long after approval did you receive the card? Ours was approved on 20 April, letter received about a week after that. But no card going on 3 weeks now.

My case status has just updated to “card was produced”. This morning, there is an inquiry submitted on my case about non delivery which I thought it was a system glitch.

Concurrent I-130 and I-485. PD 1/22/2024.

A week ago got "we have taken action on your case" but nothing changed. Yesterday, same email again and this time I-130 went to "case is actively being reviewed" and there is an approval notice under the document's tab which is great. Status has not yet updated to approved.

At the moment no change in I-485. I have seen a lot of people get approved for I-485 along with I-130. Why would the USCIS approve these two separately when the filing is concurrent?

The case tracker app tells us it has been 200 days since any action was taken on or case.

Even better. our 485/131/765 cases have disappeared from the USCIS website.

yay

yay

Check cases outside of myUSCIS.

This is more reliable https://egov.uscis.gov/

It doesn't require singning in and almost always available unlike myUSCIS.

You're not alone experiencing issues with myUSCIS.
