Received NOA 1's for I-485, I-765, I-131 in the mail on 02/12/2024

Standalone approval on USCIS online portal for I-765 on 02/14/2024

Received standalone approval notice in mail on 02/20/2024

'Card was produced' on 02/29/2024

Now just waiting patiently for card to be shipped and arrive in the mail  

 

Has anyone else only been approved for I-765 alone and not received a 'combo' card of I-765 & I-131? I thought we were going to get that but it's okay we will patiently keep waiting for GC!

Got EAD without AP. Thankfully GC came 14 days after approval. Need to fly out of country.

How did you reschedule your biometrics?

And how exactly did you word it to Ask Emma to get your access code? I’ve tried with 3 different agents and they won’t give me anything haha.

You can reschedule you biometrics online once you get the access code. I requested it online and I told to the live agent that I needed to plan for it in advance cause of my husband's job. He has to put on leaves at least one month before and his schedule is very random. Hope it helps!

That’s super helpful, thanks so much! ☺️ At this point it’s been a few days since I got the text they received my case, so I’m thinking my NOA1 and access code will be here any day, I may just wait it out at this point!

Received RFE for our I-864. Redid it, uploaded the new I-864 package with supporting docs last nite. 
 

Now waiting for our rescheduled biometrics appt.

I’m in the same boat. I have tried to chat with three different agents and they won’t give me the code. 🤦🏾‍♂️

Now thinking of calling the uscis contact number on Monday.

Update on my AOS:

 

I-485 has been received and I have my biometrics tomorrow.

My work authorization and advanced parole were both rejected, and I’m really confused as to why. At this point I don’t even think I want to bother trying to resubmit, I might just wait it out for my green card.

We received our letter with the rescheduled biometrics. This Friday. Groovy.

Did you check under document tab to see if there's a document for EAD approval? Ours showed up the next day after biometrics, but the progress tab only show actively reviewed until the EAD card was produced.

Question: under the myProgress tabs, the I-765 has a checkmark for biometrics step completed. 
 

The other 2 still show Step 2 of 3 (current step): Attend biometrics appointment (if necessary) as not completed. 

 

Is that normal? I would have thought all 3 would show that step completed.
