what should I expect on the interview and should and focus on the most? I see alot of videos talk about word definitions? or follow up questions about Yes and no questions. do they usually ask them?

I would concentrate on the 100 questions.  They will ask you at 6 to 10 of them.  Listen closely, and answer honestly.  It sounds like you are very conscientious.  If so, you will have no problems.  Good luck.

I am studying as well. I picked up flash cards for the 2023 (2024) 100-questions online through a suggestion from a friend who went through the same process.

I recommend doing the same, but the questions are mostly no-brainers. Should be easy!
