DS-260 Form Query - Petitioner's Address

Quick question regarding the DS-260 form: If the petitioner is currently residing with the applicant in the UK, should we input the current UK address for the petitioner? Additionally, there seems to be no option to include a UK phone number with the UK international code. Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Petitioner needs to be domiciled in the US, before a visa is issued, so put petitioner's US address if there is any.

Petitioner visited US for 3 months last year. She has no us address now but she has a active active bank account and credit card.

So, there must be a US address connected to the bank account and credit card. She will need to take steps to establish US domicile. Might as well start now.

Note that unless the petitioner has actual authorized residence in the UK, they are just visiting.  Best to use a US address, even if it is for a friend or relative.

Is the Petitioner authorized to reside in the UK?

We used the phone number of a family member for our DS260 (discovered later the phone number had been deactivated but that didn't seem to impact anything).

Used the international address for the USC.

Had no issues at NVC stage but USC was asked to provide more proof of domicile at interview- bank account and credit card was not sufficient.
