If it will count anyway, the 129F, and you have the door open to a little more evaluation, may as well leave it go for now. I am not sure exactly when the filed 129 is counted, answer may be above.

There will be plenty of time in coming months to stop the process.

If we look at the whole process the real commitment immigration wise is the I 864, the I 134 is not enforceable.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

You have still filed it, so it is counted

I have done more researches about this. As it turns out If I withdraw my application before USCIS approves it, I won't be counted as a file. I could file for another I-129F in the near future without Multiple Filer Waiver.

I am a US citizen. My I-129F has been approved and sent to National Visa Center . But now our relationship is not working out  so I want to withdraw the application. My question is would it be ok for me to file another I-129F for another future fiancee after withdrawing the current one? What are the consequences for doing this?

I would like to answer my question after receiving some of your responses. It is better to withdraw the application before USCIS approves it. After the application is approved, you must file Multiple Filer Waver if you file for another I-129F with 2 year period. Feel free to share your thought by replying to this post.

So you have someone in mind?

The RFE from USCIS that I got said

IMBRA limits the number of I-129F that may be filed and approved without a waiver.

But then the RFE  goes to explain that a waiver must be filed if any of the fillowing is true, one of which is

1) If you previously filed more than 2 I-129F applications within 2 years.

2) If you previously had an approved I-128F petition within 2 years.

I submitted a waiver with my RFER and it got approved in about 4 days.
