hello users

my case in Islamabad, Pakistan. 2019 i have incident then paraplagic. i move to mexico and resident last 4 years. My brother living and working in usa and visited me every week in a 3 days to care for me. i am on wheelchair last 4 years. i want to know can i expedite my case.

2019 pakistan hospital report and current mexico reports. My DQ january 2024.

Senior Master Sergeant, US Air Force- Retired (after 20+ years)- Missile Systems Maintenance & Titan 2 ICBM Launch Crew Duty (200+ Alert tours)

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

What visa category?  F4?  What is your priority date (date the I-130 was filed)?

As above, your DQ date isn't relevant - only your PD is. 

 

Please fill in your timeline so that people know the dates when you're asking questions, thx.

Anyone can ask for an expedite and it is free to do so, why not?

 

I think it is very unlikely that it would succeed, certainly would not make plans that it would.

 

I do know the wait time for an interview at CDJ is long, also not sure how they will deal with this sort of case, extended AP could be possible.
