OP, your situation sounds very reasonable and explainable in the very remote chance you get a visit. Many people have "alternative" sleeping arrangements for a variety of reasons. I ended up sleeping in our son's room for over 2 years because Mommy had him next to her in bed since he was born.

relax,  no DOS officer will haunt your home in the dead of the night to see who sleeps where/and no officer is going to ask who sleeps where at this stage of your journey/ it is something that might have been asked at spouse interview at embassy but now,  no.

there isn't a rule from immigration that states married people  have to sleep together

 

snoring,  Sleep apnea ,  just tossing and turning  or other accident or illness can force  couples to sleep in separate beds or separate rooms
