March 28 recieved the letter from NVC saying that they recieved the I-129F petition. WHat is next or is it just the waiting game. Is there any way to find out if the embassy had recieved it in Manila?

+Nov. 04, 2005.. Go to meet her in person in the home town of Tarlac, City

+Nov. 10, 2005.. Engaged at Baguio City, Philippines

+Dec. 31, 2005.. I-129F sent to Nebreska

+Jan. 10, 2006.. Recieved NOA1

+Feb. 14, 2006.. 2nd visit and suprize for Rowena's B-day wish

+Feb. 19, 2006.. 100 island tour

+Mar. 07, 2006.. NOA2 and wondering what is next to come.

+Mar. 28, 2006.. Recieved letter from NVC

Congratulations!!! Now the petition will be forwarded to the Consulate and they will contact your Fiance and send them packet 3. You can track your case via DHL but it isnt totally accurate and you can only track batches not individual cases. You can always call NVC and ask when your case left then allow a few weeks for the consulate to send the paperwork to your fiance(e). Have a look at the flow chart for the next steps

The NVC forwards your case to the Consulate and the Consulate will send you packet 3.

I am not sure about Manila, but the Consulate in Rio was good at responding to e-mails to give me updates.

I am sure others here will be able to let you know about how long the wait is for Manila.

4 May 2006: NOA2!!!!! (DAY 66)

8 May 2006: File Sent to NVC (as stated on email dated 9 May)

24 May 2006: NVC sends our file to London Embassy

8 June 2006: Packet 3 arrives (DAY 101)

25 August 2006: Pack 3 sent to London Embassy registered post

29 August 2006: London Embassy receives my Pack 3 - 9/9/06 pack 4 arrives

SEPT 2006:APPLICATION PUT ON HOLD - WE HAD A FALLING OUT.

MAY 2007:RESUMED THE VISA APPLICATION

6 June 2007: Medical @ 2.30pm - need to get anew GP letter and psychiatric evaluation

7 June 2007: INTERVIEW @ 10am - waiting for new police record letter

3 July 2007: APPROVED/Visa arrives
