Hi everyone,

I am trying to schedule a K Visa appointment at the US Embassy in London however the only day it is giving me is 30th Jan which is too close as I've not been able to schedule my medical yet. All other days are greyed out. Does anyone know when they release new appointments for people to schedule or is this an issue?

Thank you

I think it might be just a case of the consular adding more dates as and when, I was on the site on and off all day yesterday and they added 2 more dates but in Jan which are not good for me! I guess we just have to keep checking back!

They usually only add a month at a time, you're prob in their weird slump before they put the next month up. I don't follow closely but I feel like they usually put more about around nvc transit windows, so next week if not this one. They should put at least all of feb up if not a few march

Thank you! They keep putting up dates however they are days from now which I am unable to attend because I don't want to book my medical without booking my interview first so I can make sure I've got the timescales right...it's a bit frustrating but I'll keep checking back! I think you're right and I've just gone to book at the wrong time!

Sorry to jump in, but I booked my medical for February 7th, and now I went to see how to book the interview by going to https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-GB/niv but all I get is:

'Doing Maintenance - No need to worry. Our website is down for planned maintenance. We should be back up momentarily. Check back soon.'

This has been the same for a couple of weeks.

And my approval was October 6, 2023, therefore I fear that my expiry day is March 6th 2024.

Please let me know how did you get into the fee pay site and the visa appointment site as it has been impossible for me! Thanks and good luck finding an appointment. PS The London medical receptionist gave me all the dates on the phone and she sounded a bit impatient. :)

Hi Dragon,

Was your medical on the day that your petition expired? If so, did they say anything at the embassy when you had your interview?

Hope you can help!
