What to do after parole?

If the program allows renewals, then renew.  Or try TPS if they qualify toward the end of their HP program.

 

If the family are parents, then he can petition their IR5 visa when he becomes a citizen.  If they are his sister/brother, he can submit for F4 visa after he becomes a citizen, but the wait for F4 is about 20 years, and they cannot stay in the US to wait for the visa number just on the basis of the I-130 F4 petition.

 

If the family are uncles/aunts, nephews/nieces, cousins, etc., then there is no path to immigration through your husband.

 

EDIT:  Priority would be to get them situated in the US at this time:  housing, employment, healthcare, schooling, etc.  The humanitarian parole program should provide guidance on how to submit the various applications.

I know that some parole immigrants work with lawyers to stay legally but I really don't know how. The family is his parents which I know can stay after he is a citizen and a brother who may receive student visa later. I will google about renewal of parole but can they fly back to their country?

Not without advanced parole.

 

The "work with lawyers" part is for other legal paths to immigration or authorized stay, such as asylum and family or employment based immigration.  The HP program is to help temporarily.  It is not a path to immigration by itself.  If they have a valid case, then contact an immigration lawyer.

Look for resettlement agencies in your area. They know how to help with applying for certain benefits, help with housing and employment. 

4/12/13 - sent I-485 package

4/15/13 - USCIS Chicago Lockbox received package

4/22/13 - got email and txt

4/29/13 - received NOA in mail

5/08/13 - received biometrics appointment for 5/22

5/09/13 - successful early walk in at Port Chester, NY office

5/22/13 - I-485 updated to Testing & Interview

6/18/13 - EAD went to production

6/21/13 - Card/Document Production for EAD - second email

6/24/13 - EAD mailed

6/26/13 - EAD arrived

7/18/13 - got email about interview

7/20/13 - got hard copy interview letter

08/23/13 - interview - Approved dancin5hr.gif(card production & decision email)

08/28/13 - card production - second email

08/29/13 - card mailed

09/03/13 - card arrived

05/27/2016 - N-400 mailed

06/02/2016 - NOA date

06/24/2016 - biometrics appointment

11/28/2016 - interview scheduled for January 9th, 2017

01/09/2017 - interview passed

01/20/2017 - Oath Ceremony

No, they can't just "stay."  They have to be petitioned for an immigrant visa.  The brother is very unlikely to get a student visa, as he very clearly has immigrant intent.

The main issue with a Student Visa is the cost, is this practical from that perspective?

My mom came visiting and stayed and I applied for immigrant visa and she got her green card in months so my plan for his parents was the same.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
