We got married last December and my husband was on a pending asylum application for about 7 years here in the US. Please What forms do I need to start his green card application process? Thanks.😊

If husband is not in removal proceedings, out of immigration court etc, then follow normal AOS instructions. If he's still in proceedings, he cannot file I-485 yet.

How did he enter the US

Has he ever been married before or has he told USCIS or DoS that he has been married before.

Was the Divorce carried out in the US or Nigeria?
