Mine changed to administrative processing today so it will be first changed to approved and then issued? Someone people said their changed directly from administrative processing to issued.

I think the non immigrant visa does not get the issued status. They get approved status and receive their passport in the mail. I would again highly recommend to check with the mailing agency to track the passport…

Mine went from AP to issued, AP is standard for after approval, basically last minute checks before the visa is printed. Mine was only in AP for about 2 hours before it changed to issued, it is usually pretty quick.

@M S Khan I think everyone is different. Most people move from Refused > Administrative Processing > Issued.

For ours, it changed from Refused> Issued.  However, yours shouldn’t stay at Administrative Processing for long.
