I am a US citizen who is married to a Canadian citizen (living in Canada with our dual citizen kids under 18), we got married in the US. We would like to move to the US and start a job there. What’s the best way to apply while living abroad? My husband would like to start looking for jobs in the state once he is approved to work there. Your help is greatly appreciated.

You’ll sponsor him for an immigrant visa and he’ll be a green card holder and work authorised as soon as he enters the US on that visa. Start with the guide on here -

Good luck.
