Applied on March 14 2023, on July it updated to actively reviewed. I checked online account in sept it says in 2 months to Decisions now it is showing Decisions in 7 months.

You may get approval in Feb, but as per the link above current average processing times are 14 months. So I’d assume May and then be pleasantly surprised if it’s any earlier.

Hi Tinskee, yours should come up soon I am hoping! since you were an early March filer, hopefully Nebraska and Texas service centers speed it up!

I'm March filer for my mom.I-130 . FD is 3/7 .same as priority date. No update yet. Account 2months till decision.

03/05/23 Submitted I130 online

 

03/05/23 Received notice that they received my form and that they mailed me a receipt letter.

 

04/20/23 Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS

Mine was 04/21/23 turned to  Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS
