I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (Additional Evidence)

Hello everyone,

I submitted my I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, on April 4, 2023. We now have a newborn. Since I haven't submitted NB details earlier, what is the process for submitting additional documents as new evidence for my pending I-751?

Thanks in advance

What new evidence? Your child's BC?

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

There really isn’t a way to submit evidence after filing.   If your packet was well-prepared with high quality evidence, I wouldn’t worry about it.

Can send a letter to USCIS service center where the petition is pending, with new evidence attached, referencing case ID. But I'd skip that, as I agree, initial packet submission should have been already strong from the start.

I have only heard of that making an impact for initial petitions, (such as I-129) when evidence was omitted.   Haven’t seen it for AOS or ROC with new evidence.   Normally evidence of events that occurred after the packet is sent would be submitted at the interview, if there is one.

Do you have access to the case via your myUSCIS account? If so, the option to upload “unsolicited evidence” (as discussed in the thread below) might be what you are looking for:
