Hi guys i dont know how to express ma feeling just to let u know ma fiancee has granted visa, and he would pick it up by friday, humm this is goodnews, the interview was toughed as he said but he all proved to them with no reasonable doubth that she's ma baby and that he's not goin to give up till he finally be wt her.

the officer ask him about ma dad which we didnt even have that idea but being a smart guy he put everythin right for them. and was aking abt how long we.ve known each other? and how old i was when i left nigeria, he asked abt his family and when he intend to travel to US!

Thanks so much for all information and ur prayers and well wishing u guys send to us, without this forum i dont know how it would be, God has answers all ur prayers for me, i'll give u more in detail cos he was on the train back to hostel.

Am happy and i cant express it right but i'll think i needed some kool wine, what ya think!!!!! :lol:

ya need to help me find the ticket cos he has to be here by next weekend.

wishes the rest the same, keep on holding to God and never loose up cos one day u'll gonna excel thru,.

Met on internet 6/04. Married at court house in Aba, Nigeria 12/04. 3/05 traditional ceremony in Nigeria w/ my picture. 12/05 finally together again. 4/06 ceremony/celebration in the states together

03.05.2009......I-130 received at Embassy

03.06.2009......Received Police Cert

09.23.2009......Embassy receives Notice of Readiness

10.13.2009......Received our interview date

10.29.2009......Successful interview!

11.5.2009........Visa received in post

11.7.2009........All the family flew to the US together :)

12.20.2009......Received Welcome to America letter

12.24.2009......10 year Greencard received in the mail

04/19/06 tired of waiting, filed k-3 #2 ( petition is still lost in oblivion)

09/11/06 NVC scheduled CR-1 interview/ on to Lagos (thank God after 7 months of waiting!)

10/14/06 Interview date (success!)

10/18/06 Hubby goes to pick up visa- not ready ( ugh what's going on!)
