My mother has a one year visitor visa with multiple entry that expires in June of 2024. She came in to United state on September 26 2023 and she been here three getting to 4 months . It is late for me to file an AOS for her because i want to start the process ASAP. And what forms do I need to file first Form I-485 or Form I 130 or file both at once. and how much for the whole process

Do not forget AP and EAD, the whole package.

I-130: $535, I-485 (including forms for EAD and AP): $1,225 and a medical exam: probably around $400-500 (this depends on what the civil surgeon charges in the area).

Thanks, do I need to file EAD and AP , even when she won’t work during her stay here.

Yes. EAD allows to apply for SSN, get a DL or state ID, it’s a form of ID in itself. AP because life is unpredictable. You never know when you’ll need to leave a country for an emergency back or what have you. Both are free when filing concurrently with I-485.

What do you mean by "during her stay here"? You make it sound like she has no plans on moving to the US, only staying briefly?

K-1: 12-22-2015 - 09-07-2016

AP: 12-20-2016 - 04-07-2017

EAD: 01-18-2017 - 05-30-2017

AOS: 12-20-2016 - 07-26-2017

ROC: 04-22-2019 - 04-22-2020
Naturalization: 05-01-2020 - 03-16-2021

U.S. passport: 03-30-2021 - 05-08-2021

Since she won’t work, hopefully you understand that she won’t be eligible for social security, and when she becomes eligible for Medicare (after 5 years), it will be at the full cost.   You’ll need to have a plan to cover her health care costs in the interim.
