Hi. I need to know any names or petitions (e.g. “motion to grant access”, “motion for entry”,) of court orders. I have a person out of the country on Advance Parole/VAWA Self-Petition/I-485 active pending status, BUT WITH a pre-finding of inadmissibility contained in the Request for Evidence to the I-485. Again, the finding of inadmissibility and the I-485 is PENDING, not FINAL. In any case, if he cannot get through the port, I want to file an emergency court order to get him in. I do not have any direct family relationship to this person. I am a citizen of the United States.

Sounds like an attorney question.  Doesn't sound like a DIY situation.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

The I-485 applicant traveled outside the US with a valid Advance Parole document, then received an RFE for the pending I-485 while outside the US.  Is that the basic situation?  If so, I would think the AP document is still valid until the I-485 is actually denied.  Should be able to re-enter.

Can't practicing law without a license get you into trouble?
