Hi everyone!

I have applied for 1-130 (kids under 21) November 2022, currently my status is showing 2 months for one of them, and another one says it is taking longer than expected. I am a green card holder. Did anyone had the same case applying as green card holder and case being approved?

We have been waiting and recently  my husband who is US citizen applied again for my kids , but on his profile says 4 weeks and another one 4 months.

If you're a green card holder then you're years away from them getting a visa through you, even once the I-130 is approved - and in fact, you may want it to take as long as possible for them to be approved to try and stop them 'aging out' (depending on how old they are of course).

Your husband's applications will get them visas much sooner, so keep an eye on his more closely, but completely ignore the online estimated times as they're notoriously inaccurate. Figure about a year for the I-130 as a rough guide.

Good luck.

How old are they?

Thank you for your swift reply. I have applied second time through my husband (he is US citizen) on November 2023, this is the message we see in USCIS profile:

December 28, 2023

Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS

As of December 28, 2023, we are actively reviewing your Form I-130.

For one of my child is shown 4 weeks, for another child is 4 months.

They usually take about a year, but there are always exceptions.
