Early Filing - Spouse has not been a citizen for 3 years

Got married on September of 2020. 

My spouse became a US citizen on May 3, 2021.

I became a resident based on marriage to my spouse on May 7, 2021.

 

My early filling window (90 day before 3 year anniversary) opens up on February 7th of 2024.

May I apply on this date or do I have to wait until the third anniversary of my spouse's naturalization (May 3, 2024)?

You can file early (within the 90 day window), but you can't take the oath early.

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
