So long story short I'm the petitioner and I've had medical problems along with medical problems with my son and I wanted to know how to go about it. I tried to do it online and I'm having absolute trouble with it. Do I upload paper work and documentation and how do I do that I can't figure it out. What kind of documentation are they looking for? It's so vague online. Thanks

you would need to show the state of the illnesses (doctor's statements ,  hospital stays,  etc,) and how the bene can help by caring for u and your son 

u should not use financial issues as he can not work till AOS process produces EAD card to work / this is costly at $1225 after the US marriage so  be careful what u present as you are financial responsible for him
