Hello,

My partner and I received our I-797 Notice of Action for I129-F and we are concerned because our interview date at the London Embassy is outside of our Notice Approval Validity.

I129-F Notice Type: Approval Notice

Valid from 09/27/2023 to 01/26/2024

Medical Examination completed at London Embassy on 12/29/2023 (Dec 29th)

K1 Visa Interview at London Embassy is scheduled for 02/08/2024 (Feb 8th)

Our concern is that the 129-F approval is valid only until 01/26/2024 but the interview is scheduled for 02/08/2024. We have attempted to contact the USCIS contact center without luck to request an extension. Is anyone aware of a similar situation?

Thanks,
B

Your fine.  Because you are so near, just mention it during the interview and they will take care of it.

Same issue here - my medical is on the expiry day and I cannot contact anyone and get a response. Please update us. But I think that within 5 days the doctors will contact the embassy to pass them your documents, and thus your application will be alive again!
