I-130 Decision- form I-130 is incomplete because the petitioner signature is deficient

I filed I-130 for my parents(Petition for Alien Relative) and last week got Decision letter from USCIS stating. Your form I-130 is incomplete because the petitioner signature is deficient. I made a mistake by typing beneficiary name against petitioner signature.

 

What’s the best way to fix - option given to me in letter u USCIS I-290 B, EOIR-29. It took exactly 1 year for USICS to make a call.

After looking at the fees, I would consider withdrawing the current I-130, then filing a new one.

Senior Master Sergeant, US Air Force- Retired (after 20+ years)- Missile Systems Maintenance & Titan 2 ICBM Launch Crew Duty (200+ Alert tours)

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I won’t get $525 back if I withdraw, as the case is closed with decision. What is the point in withdrawing? Second , filing 130 again will take 1 yr or more ? Or is there a way after refiling i can expedite and if yes, on what basis.

The point of withdrawing is having clean immigration history. Two I-130s can confuse USCIS.

There's no expedite for petitioners' mistakes.
